As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Marneuli Police Division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions, arrested A.A., born in 2006, for the attempted murder committed against a minor.
The committed crime envisions up to 20 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, on the basis of conflict, stabbed his acquaintance - N.R., born in 2009, in various parts of the body and fled the scene. The wounded N.R. was hospitalized, where he is currently receiving appropriate medical treatment.
As a result of the investigative actions conducted by law enforcement officers, A.A. was detained as an accused person.
The weapon of crime - a knife - has been seized as evidence.
The investigation is in progress under Article 19-109, Subparagraph “e” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
